Hotel reservations are made in real time, and immediately after booking you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam box and also make sure that you have note read it in haste before contacting us. In select cases, your confirmation needs to be manually placed with the hotel by our staff and it may take up to 30 minutes to process your confirmation email. |

 | What does "provisional reservation" mean? |
When you book a hotel room through Hotel Khoj, you reserve the room as a future purchase; you do not actually pay for it at that time. Booking a provisional reservation means that your use of the room is not confirmed until you pay the hotel directly, which usually occurs when you check in at the hotel. This is why we say, "Book now, pay later!" Some hotels, however, require full payment immediately when you book the room online. If you want to determine exactly when you will be charged for the room, please contact the specific hotel for which you did the booking. |

 | Is my reservation guaranteed? |
Although your reservation is guaranteed, we recommend that you call the hotel directly to confirm your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation may be at risk of cancellation if the hotel overbooks its rooms. Usually, the hotel will contact you to confirm your reservation; if it does not, however, then please call the hotel.  | When is my reservation effective? |
Usually, a reservation is processed immediately, and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after booking a room. Your confirmation will arrive within two hours, at most. If there is a delay in processing your reservation, which is very rare, then you will receive an email that notifies you of your reservation but does not provide a confirmation number. As soon as we receive the confirmation number from the hotel, we will send you another email that contains all the necessary information |

- Our sales department will be able to assist you with booking infant travel.
- Infants are children under age 2. Each traveler age 12+ may accompany up to two infants in their own seats or one infant in the traveler's lap.
- Lap - Travelers (must be age 12+) in your party will hold the infant(s) throughout the flight. Please note that while infants in laps usually ride for free on domestic flights, a fee is charged on most international flights.
- Seated - A separate seats for the infant. You will be required to supply an infant car seat to ensure the infant's safety. The car seat must meet airline specifications. Seats reserved for infants may be billed at special infant fares. Please check with the carrier for more information.
